With
an investor leaseback, an investor will purchase your home to
immediately stop foreclosure, sheriff sale, or any aspect of the foreclosure process. The investor immediately
sells the home back to you with a new payment based on an 8%
(approximate) interest rate, amortized over 30 years. This process
will allow you to keep your home and rebuild your credit.
This
process will give you the time needed to rebuild your mortgage
and credit history. Generally after 12-24 months, your credit
will be good enough to refinance the home in your own name.
